Once a single video order is made, a 50% payment of the total amount will be charged via credit card or bank transfer.
This initial payment confirms your order and secures your booking.
The remaining payment is due upon video delivery or 30 days from the shooting day, whichever comes first.
With Sayso, you can book your testimonial shooting location almost anywhere in the world!
Once you set the location, you can choose an available date and time for your shoot from the Sayso production calendar according to your nearest convenience and at least 10 days ahead of the day you placed your order.

We’ll ask for some basic information, like your website and the interviewee’s website. Our AI-powered system will then generate a tailored list of unique selling points (USPs) for you to choose from.
Based on your selection, we’ll create 8 customized interview questions that are perfect for your story.
Our new AI generator will prepare 8 amazing questions for your interview - you may use them, edit, delete and customize these questions.
We strongly recommend asking not more than 8 questions.
B-rolls are pieces of extra footage captured to enrich the story you’re telling and allow greater visual flexibility when editing.
Instead of featuring just talking heads on your testimonial video, you want to have additional shots related to the service or product discussed in the video - that will add dimension to your story.

Just like the questions, our AI system will generate the right B-roll suggestions based on the information you provide.
You can easily edit, remove, or customize them to fit your vision perfectly.
If it’s not possible to shoot on location, we can provide up to 5 royalty-free stock B-roll clips to complement your video.

You can easily add your comments to each file and share your vision and specifications with your Sayso production team.
It takes us an hour to set up, an hour to film each interview and an hour for the b-rolls shoot. That’s it!
A videographer will arrive at the location on the date and time specified in your order.
Once they are at the site, they will set up their equipment for the interview (including setting up the remotley monitoring that you will be able to see and hear eveything).
Sayso is devoted to the highest quality testimonial videos and leveraging high-end cameras, lighting equipment, and recording devices.
Our team shoots with cameras capable of UHD recording, prime lenses with high speed (iris), and 3-led panel lighting as a standard across Sayso’s projects.
On the day of your scheduled testimonial shoot, you will receive a Zoom link to join remotely from the comfort of your office.
While shooting, you can supervise your operation and add your input on the fly to ensure your testimonial video is just how you envisioned it.
Your first draft will be ready and sent to you for feedback no longer than up to 7 working days after filming.
Upon receiving the first draft, you can add your comments and desired changes to the platform itself, and our team will make the corrections accordingly.
Feedback is limited to up to 2 rounds for a 1-video pack, and up to 3 rounds for a 5 or 10 videos pack.
Additional rounds of feedback will cost 150$ each.
After shooting your testimonial, we’ll send your materials to Sayso’s professional video editors, who take care of everything, including:
Once the initial rough-cut is ready, according to your notes, you will receive a notification email with a link to watch it and let us know what you think.
Yes, once the final payment is made and the video is approved, you’ll receive a download link for the raw materials.
The link will be available for 21 days. After that period, SaySo is not responsible for storing the materials.
Upon booking a project with Sayso testimonials, the primary contact and account manager stated in the user’s account is responsible for contacting the interviewees and securing the location for the shooting.
It does not, but these services can be added as part of our additional offerings for an extra fee.
Yes!
You will be allowed to cancel the production in your dashboard.
Cancellation made up to 72 hours before shooting day are allowed free of charge.
Later cancellation is subject to the following cancellation fee:
(i) US $1,000 for cancellation made between 72 hours and up to 48 hours before the date set for the shooting;
(ii) US $1,500 for cancellation made less than 48 hours before the date set for the shooting and until editing is commenced; and
(iii) US $2,000 for cancellation made after the date of the shooting but before any editing is performed.
Yes! You can do it in your dashboard.
You will be allowed to postpone the shooting at least 72 hours in advance before shooting day at no cost.
Requests for postponement submitted later will be charged as follows:
(i) US $500 for requests submitted between 72hours and up to 48 hours before the shooting day; and
(ii) US $1,000 for requests submitted up to 48 hours before the shooting day.
